Speaking Truth to Crazy

Does this guy rock, or what? He talks about the experience on DailyKos.
To paraphrase Edmund Burke, “All that is necessary for the triumph of crazy is that sane men do nothing.” So kudos to this guy for stepping up and doing something in the face of rampaging crazy. For most of us, public speaking is scary enough. Standing up to make a speech you know is going to be received with hostility takes real courage.
